If needed we will inform you of the alternative. We continuously review our established runs and if costs can be saved by modifying these runs we will sit with your local representative to discuss the matter. Our extensive courier network allows us to provide you with this added value service.

Whether you want to send documents, one or many parcels, our attractive rate scheme will help you have affordable prices for your shipping needs. We try to anticipate the demanding and changing business that our customers have to face daily. That is why we make a continuous effort to tailor our services to meet your needs.

We provide pre-printed waybills and Proof of delivery, all at no extra cost to our customers. We take pride in offering a personal level of customer service. Questions or concerns can be directed to any of our offices and will be addressed immediately.

*What are your hours of operation?
Each branch runs on a slightly different set of hours. For a complete list of each branches hours please contact your location branch for details.

*How long will it take to get my package to get to its destination?
This depends on how far you plan on sending it. Most out of town destinations are 1 or 2 business days. Please contact your local branch to find out more information on shipment details.

*Can I send the freight charges collect to the receiver?
Under any normal circumstances of course! But, be aware that in the event that the receiver refuses to pay the charges you may be held accountable

*Can I set up a billing account through Ace Courier?
Yes, by contacting your local branch and submitting an application you can have a billing account setup. There are many advantages to doing this!

*I received a statement but don’t have a copy of an invoice referenced, can I get a new copy?
Of course! Just contact your local branch and request a fax copy!
